Today we had a staff email account get hijacked and it sent emails asking for a reference check. Since this morning another email account through the school was hijacked sending an identical email looking for a reference check. These are scam emails. The school and its employees are not sending reference check requests. Do not click on the link in the email. If you did click on the link in the email you should clear your browsing history, delete your cookies, and reset your email password.

The Chinook School Office will be closed for the week of June 15-June 19 for the office staff to attend the annual Montana Association of School Business Officials meeting. We are available by email during this time. The office will resume regular summer hours on June 22nd.

Please join us at the Meadowlark June 8 at 7:00 pm for an informational meeting. There will be representatives from the Havre Boys and Girls Club to answer questions and let us know what it will take to get a club up and running in Chinook.
Chinook Summer Meals Program for 2026
Starting JUNE 8th, grab and go Breakfast/Lunch Combo Bags will be available to pick-up in front of the Meadowlark Elementary School from 11:30- 12:30. Lunch meals are free for all children 18 years and under. The Summer Food Program will run until July 31.
