Thank you to the Sugarbeeter Foundation for purchasing and installing the new Gaga Ball pit at the Meadowlark. It looks like we also had some student volunteers helping to install the pit. This will be a great addition to recess and PE.
Simms has contacted us and let us know that they do not have the roster size to field a JVFB team this season. Therefore the game on Monday, August 31st has been canceled. The next JVFB game is September 8th @ home vs. Choteau.

We are sorry to announce that the Chinook High School Volleyball Tournament has been canceled. We had a number of teams opt out of the tournament due to their schedules being full. We only had three teams planning to come and that would not be enough to have a meaningful tournament. We are looking for replacement games at this time and will let you know when we have something on the schedule.

The front door of the high school is closed so we can wax the front hallway. If you need to come to the school office, please use the south door. It will be unlocked today from 9:00-4:00. The high school office will be closed on Friday, 7/31,2026.
The High School and Meadowlark Gymnasiums are CLOSED August 1-14 for floor maintenance. No public or school groups are allowed on the gym floor during this time.

The Chinook School District would like to announce the retirement of Mrs. Susan Erskine. Throughout her career many students were able to find support and care as they worked through their academic challenges with Mrs. Erskine as their guide. We wish her the best in retirement and know she will enjoy following her grandkids around the state as they compete in athletics. Thank you again Mrs. Erskine for all you have done for the students, district, and community. Happy Retirement!
